Q. This is my first order. What do I do?
As it is your first order you will not have your own personalised laundry hamper bag to tell you the bag sizes. Simply place your laundry in any bag and place your booking online (select N/A as the bag size when placing your order). Then on delivery of your first order you will receive your own laundry bag to keep and re-use for future bookings. Please note the bag will be charged $18 on your account. Your laundry hamper bag will be a personalised 3 in 1 garment bag to assist you with pricing on future orders.

Q. What hours do you pick up and deliver?
For residential laundry, dry cleaning and ironing customers, our pickup and delivery run operates Monday-Friday.
6-8am, 8-10am, 7-3pm and 8-5pm.
For commercial laundry customers pickup and delivery times can be tailored to suit your business. Please call us on0405 984 619to arrange a personalised pickup and delivery schedule for your business.
Q. How much will it cost to clean my laundry?
At the Laundry Hamper our services are priced by the bag and kg.
Regular size (One load)- If your unfolded laundry reaches the first row of snap fasteners and can be closed it is a regular size bag ~ 5kg.
Supersize (Two loads)- If your unfolded laundry reaches the second row of snap fasteners and can be closed it is a supersize bag ~ 9kg.
Family size (Three loads)- If your unfolded laundry reaches the third row of snap fasteners and can be closed it is a family size bag ~ 13kg.
Jumbo size (Four loads)- If your unfolded laundry reaches the top of the bag and the drawstring can be closed it is a jumbo size bag ~ 18kg.

Q. Can you pickup and deliver to my workplace?
Yes of course. our pickup and delivery service operates from the Melbourne CBD and outer suburbs. To check if your workplace is within our service area please visit ourService Areapage.
Q. Can you pickup and deliver to my hotel?
Yes. We provide laundry, dry cleaning and ironing services to hotel guests throughout Melbourne.
To book simply place you order online or over the phone by calling0405 984 619and leave your laundry bag with your hotel concierge clearly labelled with your name and room number. One of our friendly delivery drivers will pickup your laundry from your hotel concierge and deliver it back to your hotel concierge.

Simply provide a description of areas that need special attention in the notes section when placing your order.
Q. What if my laundry does not fit in a Jumbo size bag?
Any excess items that do not fit in a Jumbo size bag, simply place those items into another bag and you will be charged for an additional bag according to its size.
You only pay for what we clean.
Q. Do I have to be home for pickup and delivery?
No, you can leave special instructions or your gate code in the notes when placing your order. We are also happy to make special arrangements for access, please do not hesitate tocontact usto arrange this.
Q. What if there is a problem with my order?
If there is any problem with your order, pleasecontact usvia the website or telephone and we will happily resolve any issues you may have. Any issue with damage or misplaced garments will be handled in line with ourterms and conditions.
Q. When can I expect my laundry to be ready?
We will meticulously take care of your laundry and deliver it back to you 2-3 business days.
Q. Can I use my own bag when ordering?
If you are a new customer and do not have a personalised Laundry Hamper bag you can use your own bag. After your first order we will give you your own personalised Laundry Hamper bag. Please note the bag will be charged $18 on your account. Please use this bag for future orders as this contains information linking you to your laundry order.
Q. How much laundry fits in the regular/supersize bag?
A regular size bag is approximately 5 kgs or one basket worth of laundry. A supersize bag is approximately 9 kgs or two baskets worth of laundry. A family size bag is approximately 13 kgs or three baskets worth of laundry. A jumbo size bag is approximately 18 kgs or four baskets worth of laundry.
We consider a basket to be a standard small oval shaped basket.
